The Florida International Panthers have played at FIU Stadium since the inception of their football program in 2002. FIU Stadium has been the site of football and track events since 1995. It replaced Tamiami Field.

When the Panthers made their debut at FIU Stadium in 2002 it originally had a seating capacity of 21,000. After the 2006 season the stadium was demolished and replaced with a new FIU Stadium that debuted in 2008. This stadium has a seating capacity of 23,500 that includes 1,400 club seats. It also features 19 luxury suites and a video/scoreboard. By the 2010 season the seating capacity was increased to 45,000 that also includes additional luxury suites. In April 2017 the stadium was renamed Riccardo Silva Stadium after Riccardo Silva donated $3.76 million to the university. This donation allowed the university to install a new playing surface and videoboard at the stadium.
